We are still open for business!

Access Storage is still open for business!

However, as we continue to deal with the evolving COVID-19 situation, the team at Access Storage continues to prioritise the health and well-being of our customers and staff.

With this in mind, we would like to provide the following information:

  • At this stage we are still open during our usual business hours.

  • Customer access to the site is unchanged via your FOB key.

  • We are taking a cautious approach in line with the latest medical advice and in light of this, we would prefer contact via email.

  • Please email info@accessstorage.com.au if you need to contact us for any reason.

  • New customers with storage needs - we encourage prior contact to arrange a time to ensure we can assist in a responsible and timely manner.

As the impacts of the outbreak continue to evolve, we are closely monitoring and reviewing our response in line with advice from NSW Health.

All the best,

The Access Storage Team

🏡🧼🧻Coronavirus and Self Isolation

We are still open for business at Access Storage. We are lucky in that our particular business means we only ever have small numbers of people visiting the large area of our premises at any given time. However, given the current climate, we realise that many of you are re-adapting your workplace practises, doing your best to work from home or just simply maintaining social distancing as best as possible.

We’d like to remind people to do their best to stay safe and to also to pass on a few reminders about self-isolating over the coming weeks.

Here are a few suggestions to help make things easier:

  • Don’t forget to wash hands often

  • Keep in touch other with family members and friends via telephone, email or social media.

  • Learn about coronavirus and discuss with others.

  • Reassure young children using language appropriate to their age.

  • Where possible, keep up normal daily routines, such as eating well and exercising.

  • Arrange to work from home.

  • Learn new things online

  • Ask your child’s school to supply assignments or homework by post or email.

  • Do things that help you relax and use isolation as an opportunity to do activities you don’t usually have time for such as reading a book, watching movies, researching on the internet, learning new recipes, etc

We want to wish all our customers, friends and members of the community much health, safety and happiness in these difficult times.

📦🔐 Storing Dishes & Glassware

Place a layer of packing inside the bottom and top of cartons containing breakables. Protect fragile items by wrapping them individually in packing paper (newsprint can be very messy and possibly stain). Nest cups and bowls and stand plates, saucers, platters and casseroles on their edges.

Fill any gaps in the cartons with packing e.g: scrunched paper or linen. This will keep your fragile items well protected and prevent them from moving around in the cartons whilst in transit. Label all cartons containing fragile items and avoid storing heavy items on the top of these cartons.

If you’re unsure or concerned about storing certain items, please contact us for more information first. In the meantime, you can learn more by downloading our handy self-storage tips guide:

Our premises have over 25 security CCTV cameras operating 24/7 and all our buildings are back-to-base alarmed.

Using their personal key fob, our valued customers have electronic access between 6am and 8.30pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year which means you can come and go as you please.
